Ordering / Delivery
At Fireprotect we try to make business as easy as possible. When you have decided to place an order, we need written confirmation of your requirements and your delivery and invoice address. either by fax or email.
Once we have received this, we will process your order quickly and on most items, your order can be dispatched next day. Delivery charges are calculated individually, due to the huge variations in weight and volume.
We can accept payment by any of these methods :-
Once we have received a cheque, we must wait for it to clear, this usually take 4-5 working days.
BACS / FPS
This payment can be made directly into our bank account; we can release the goods once the payment has cleared, normally 2 days.
If your bank makes payments via FPS, a payment can reach us within 2 hours.
Credit Card / Debit Card
You can pay with your Credit / Debit card over the phone, this method clears instantly.
There is a 4% surcharge for using this facility.
Set up an account
If you wish to order on a regular basis and would like a 30 day account, you will need to fill in an account application form, which is available to download or fill in online .
The first three orders are generally pro forma whilst we set up the account for you.
